Tenses:- are he various forms of verbs. tenses tell us when the subject did something and how the action took place. tenses are classified as present, past, and future tense 

present Tense:- 

simple present tense:- 

is used to express the following:-

1.  A Habitual action	I walk to school everyday.
2.  A general truth.	The earth revolves around the sun.
3.  A future action that has a fixed schedule.	The mayor leaves for delhi tomorrow.
4.  A permanent situation.	Agra is on the banks of river Yamuna.
5.  Feeling/thought	Jo feels she will not be selected for the school drama.

 C:- complete each statement by using the verb in simple present tense:-

1. An action planned for the future.

2. An action that is going on at the time of speaking.

3. The action that may/may not be happening at the time of speaking. 

example:- I am writing a novel these days.
