others must be purchased from an application store.

Native apps - these apps are developed to be used on a
particular platform or device. Apps built on systems like android, windows
cannot be used on the platform other than their own. You won’t be able to use
android application on an iphone.
Web app – these apps are developed to run within the browser. These apps can be
developed in very less time.
Desktop apps- are
developed for the computers and laptops these application may or may not
require the internet to operate.
Mobile apps – are the application
that run on the smaller devices such as smart phone or tablet.
